Dry-aged beef tri tip, a beauty on the smoker.  We prefer smoking our tri tip for a couple hours to the desired internal temp, then cutting it into thick strips for a big family dinner.
 
Tri tips are packaged individually and average 1.5 - 1.75 lbs.
