The Variety Box is a great way to sample beef for different purposes, from braising to grilling to steak sandwiches to roasts. And take advantage of trying new and unique cuts!  The box comes with 2 lbs of ground beef, one large roast 3-4 lbs, one mid-sized chuck steak with medium marbling, and one tenderized round steak.
