A tip steak cut is a versatile cut from the bottom sirloin, often packaged as "sirloin tip" or "steak tips". These cuts can be prepared as whole steaks or cut into smaller cubes and strips for grilling, marinating, or stir-fries.  My kids love them seared and seasoned and cut into steak bits!  
 
Dry aged for 21 days for extra tenderness and beef flavor.   One package contains one steak, averaging 1 - 1.7 lbs.
