Our lamb is grass fed and grass finsished.  It's naturally tender with a mild flavor.  

 

Riblets make good appetizers. They are good smoked or grilled - think barbeque but lamb!  And they are delicious slow cooked or braised, basted with a sweet and sticky sauce.
