WMR Shoulder Roasts are large, the full shoulder with the bone in.
 
Our lamb is raised on pasture, grass fed and grass finished.  No hormones or antibiotics.  Completely natural, nutritious lamb.  Slightly sweeter and less gamey than traditional, commerical lamb.
 
Each shoulder roast is 2 - 2.5 pounds. Vacuum sealed packaging.
